little gem is a great addition to our arsenal in the kitchen, used on

definately need some wax paper squares to keep patties from sticking.

works as advertised and creates a very good patty of whatever thickness
you wish. the only drawback is you have to take it apart after each use
to clean, you cannot simply wash it as one piece but it is simple enough
to do. The product is made of heavy duty material that should last till
